Health and fitness have not always been a priority for me. In my early 30's I struggled with depression and mental health issues that lead to overeating, lack of activity, major weight gain and eventually a divorce. I hit an all-time low in 2013 and realized if I continued down the path I was on I would not only destroy my life, but the lives of my children.

With help from friends and a local gym I was able to not only turn my life around but gain confidence in myself and my abilities. I started out in group fitness classes and slowly progressed to weight lifting. This is where I thrived- Mentally, physically, emotionally and spiritually. This path led me to the bodybuilding stage and realized that my true calling was helping others reach their true potential.

I know from personal experience that sometimes things can get challenging, and I’m here to ease the load off your shoulders from day one. My goal for you is to show you a clear view of your strengths and develop areas of yourself you never knew you could.
